We cannot accept hazardous materials or items that require special disposal. Please refer to the Junk Removal section for broken or damaged items.

For junk removal, we accept broken or damaged items that can't be donated, old appliances, construction debris, and other unwanted items. We handle responsible disposal and recycling whenever possible to keep items out of landfills.

Our pickup service fees are based on the size and quantity of items being picked up.

We recommend scheduling at least 24-48 hours in advance for the best availability. However, we offer same-day service if you schedule your pickup before 2 PM and we have availability in your area.

We currently serve the greater Portland and Vancouver metropolitan areas and surrounding suburbs. Contact us to confirm if we service your specific location. We're always expanding our service area!

You don't need to be home if you can leave the items in a safe, accessible location (like your front porch or garage). We'll provide specific instructions when you schedule your pickup.

Yes! We'll provide you with a tax-deductible receipt for your donation. You can choose to receive it via email or we can leave a printed copy at the time of pickup.

Please clean items and place them in boxes or bags if possible. Make sure all items are easily accessible and in a safe location. Remove any personal items from pockets or compartments. We'll handle the rest!

Absolutely! We offer monthly, quarterly, or custom recurring pickup schedules for businesses and frequent donors. Contact us to set up a schedule that works for you.
